What Is Time Line Therapy®?
Time Line Therapy® has been so successful in its results that it has been utilized since 1986 by thousands of people including psychiatrists, psychologists, marriage and family counselors, social workers, life and business coaches, and even athletic coaches.
Time Line Therapy® utilizes a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors. The process involves viewing these experiences from new perspectives, and re-coding them with new empowering resources without having to re-live the emotions or negative experiences in a very powerful and quick way. This re-coding can have profound change effects upon our internal filters, connecting resources to achieve more positive behaviour and therefore results.
What is “Time Line”?
Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioral change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. People don’t change consciously. The Time Line Therapy® techniques allow you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.

These techniques allow you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years. It helps you identify a particular negative emotion, belief or limiting decision the first time in your memory when it was learned or experienced and allows you to “let go” of the negative emotions associated with it while preserving the learnings for future.
Time Line Therapy® is the process of active imagination that utilizes a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious mind in a variety of ways including; clearing emotional traumas and eliminating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors and replacing with options for a more compelling future.
